“The Prophetic Biography: The Meccan Period” is an online course that provides an overview of the most significant events of the seerah from the birth of the Prophet in 570 CE to the historic migration to the city of Yathrib in 622 CE. Students will learn about the Prophet’s childhood and upbringing and how those experiences shaped the great leader he became.  Additionally, this course examines the commencement of his prophetic mission and the great struggles the early Muslims faced as a religious minority in Mecca.
