Dr. Muhammad Jaffer

Dr. Muhammad Jaffer is a neurologist specializing in neuro-oncology and a student of Islamic intellectual and literary traditions. He earned his medical degree at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, completed his neurology residency there and trained further in clinical neurophysiology. He writes on Islamic history, Qur’anic exegesis, theology and Arabic literature, and his books include The Family of the Prophet, Revisiting Ashura and, with Shaykh Azhar Nasser, The Kingdom of God.
